| What conditions can be helped? Dr. Freedom has practiced as a Doctor of Chiropractic for over 20 years. He has vast knowledge in recognizing imbalances in the spine resulting in conditions such as: sciatica, disc problems, neuralgias, sprains, strains, headaches, postural imbalances, arthritis, neck and back pain, and many other conditions. How will it be corrected? Depending upon your condition, one or more of the following treatments may be utilized to correct your problem: muscle energy, soft tissue and joint manipulation techniques; spinal adjustments; kinesiology; and balance/postural exercises. If you are keen on making a change and your situation is not very chronic, most conditions may be alleviated in just a few visits. Each treatment is approximately a half hour session, the body heals faster when it is corrected in a regulated routine. For best results be punctual of your scheduled appointments and adhere to your prescribed exercises. We want you to heal quickly. Why Chiropractic? Whether it is an acute or chronic injury you are recuperating from, it is always advisable to have your body examined once every two months to see if there are any areas of dysfunction which may be causing damage to supporting muscles and ligaments. Prolonged restriction of joints can have chronic negative effects on the entire nervous system - early detection will result in early correction. An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure. What is Chiropractic? Chiropractic derives from two Latin words: chiro meaning hand and practic meaning practice. Chiropractic (founded in the USA in 1895) is a specialized branch of medicine that uses spinal and peripheral adjustments to balance the nervous system and promote natural healing. |
